Main duties:
• Organize the management and control all import and export of goods according to plan and make sure all transaction in/out must comply one hundred percent S.O.P (Standard Operating Procedure) regulations of main warehouse and factory.
• Checking and make plan of the raw material norms for each order, planning to supply raw materials for each sewing line and connecting with production manager to follow-up during all process of order execution…
• Control all the procedure of delivery of raw materials for daily production.
• Responsible for resolving incidents in all activities in the main warehouse.
• Make all the reports about Active stocks, Non active stocks and dead stock... of all materials at the end of the month.
• Responsible to make the plan for people do physical counting and organizing inventory, adjusting data on the system according to the company's regulations.
• Managing all employees in main warehouse about all operations.
• Responsible for training, training in professional skills in the room or proposal of staff training.
• Assigning and evaluating work performance to employees, ensuring the operation of the room takes place effectively.
• Report of the Department's activities periodically or at the request of the Board of Directors of the Company
