• Carry out Quality management system (IATF16949) related routine activities
• Assist Management representative (AMR) / TQM facilitator to implement, maintain & continuously improve the quality system
• Carry out Quality system audits internal and external
• Handle In-process Quality
• Supplier evaluations, quality improvement, supplier audits etc.
• Customer complaint handling, CSR handling
• Customer audits
• Quality related trainings
*Task Description:
1. QMS Related
• Responsible for Plan, develop, implement and maintain quality systems & procedures conforming to IATF 16949 & Global Bekaert quality system
• Act as the Assistant Management Representative (MR) for the ISO certification of the plant
• Develop, Implement, control and maintain the quality documentation system in the plant
• Coordination & follow up on daily NC system, effective & timely closure of NCs, implementation of effective & efficient CAPA
• Conducting the Quality awareness program for the operators & quality systems program for the staff
• Supplier quality audits & supplier quality systems developments, Supplier evaluations and selections.
• Preparation & implementation of the internal quality audits programs.
• Facing the Customer Audits, Certification Body audit, other audits and organize to improve non-conformity items
2. IN-PROCESS QUALITY
- Handle in-process Quality issues for resolution and follow-up on actions effectiveness
- Perform LPA, Process audit, SOP audit
3. Other jobs assigned by the supervisor

• College degree or above.
• At least 1+ years experience on QMS, familiar with IATF16949 is preferred;
• Automotive industry experience is preferred.
Special qualifications or critical experience:
• Good English skill in writing
• Good computer skills on office tools, word, excel, PPT and outlook.
• Analytical and logical thinker;
• Honesty and entreprenant
