The Plant Manager / Factory General Manager demonstrates accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives. In this role you will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within functional areas of expertise, be involved in long-term planning, and contribute to the overall business strategy.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, prefer in engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing broad-scoped business relationships involving complex interactions or new partners
• Significant experience leading in either an operations or functional capacity in an organization with a global supply chain
