- Track orders from sample development until order completion.

- Confirm, follow, update weekly and notify relevant departments about long-term plans.

- Follow the progress of order implementation, promptly propose and handle any problems that affect the progress of completing the plan.

- Communication with customers about delivery plans, capacity,...

- Coordinate with the Purchasing, Shipping, and Warehouse departments to control the progress of importing goods and materials for production.

- Good English communication

- Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in the same position

- Enthusiastic, proactive, creative in work, able to withstand high work pressure.

- Ability to grasp and self-learn

- Able to work in groups and independently

- Having experience in a manufacturing company will be an advantage
