***ROLE PURPOSE: Is responsible for a broad spectrum of administrative / HR Operations activities connected to the Hire-to-Retire cycle, acting as contact point for employees and HR BP for standard personnel administration related questions, and focusing on delivery quality, efficiency and effectiveness to provide best in class HR Services to the internal customers.
• Implements payroll runs, including preparative work – either in-house or in contact with an external provider, and resolves time and payroll anomalies within the boundaries of the standard procedures and instructions
• Facilitates correct data entries in the time attendance system (including regular quality checks and ensure corrections)
• Manages in a correct and highly qualitative way personnel data from entry to exit (physical personnel files and HR-IT Systems)
• Prepares standard HR documents ready for signature and correspondence, and amendments of existing documents
• Prepares reports and employees data extraction as requested by customers (HR analytics: headcount, diversity, overtime, absenteeism etc) and prepares labor cost reports and analyzes.
• Manages information fluxes to/from authorities.
• In close cooperation with Local HRBPs, may support specific processes as onboarding, welcome days training, adaptation process follow up (probation period/training certification), internal moves, training plan preparation per position with supervisor, exit interviews, remuneration (quarterly variable pay, inputs collection, calibration sessions).
• Provides inputs to HR BPs, COE and/or reward specialists on new requirements in Personnel Administration resulting from legal changes
• In charge of either in-house or in contact with an external provider for social insurance and PIT tasks
• Is member of internal networks as requested
• Contributes to behavioral safety training program (BeCare)
• Contributes to people strategy of the plant.
• Being ready to back up in other HR fields.
