- Leading a group of managers for Human Resources, Factory Administration, as well as Compliance of Environment, Health & Safety regulations.
- Lead internal teams to ensure effective operations process in order to maximize business opportunities
- Strategize human resources activities including recruitment and retention, employee relations and policy implementation.
- Develop and implement strategic business policies and procedures to assure consistence of quality operations
- Manage and review marketing activities, and ensure Customer Services, Marketing and other supporting teams are working together effectively under the implementation plan
- Ensure communication between departments is constructive and utilised to maintain an environment of continuous improvement
- Identify any skills gaps in the organization, establish training and development program for staff to ensure that their performance can meet company’s expectation
- Partner with HR to conduct Staff Performance Management program and regulatory compliance across all administrative areas.
- Manage budgets and costs effectively in respect of the planning process
- Work with IT department to review the operation process and create documentation of business procedures and user needs, and identify needs to modify business applications when necessary
- Build strong working relationship with business partners and suppliers
- Manage ad-hoc projects as assigned
