• • • Schedules repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment to ensure continuous production operations.
    • develop the PM schedules for all diesel and electrical pumps, piping and valves, sprinklers, drencher system, alarm detectors, FACP, pump control panels.
    • Perform and involve in project of equipment installation (AHU system, RVR system, Air-con system, Chiller system, Water drinking system, Dust collector, Air ventilation system)
    • List all electrical devices & Equipment needed to PM in weekly, monthly, quarterly (all DBs, MSBs, RMU, transformers, busways, circuit breakers, MCCBs for all buildings and substations)

    • Direct, coordinate, and assist in performance of workers' activities, such as engine tune-up, hydroelectric turbine repair, or circuit breaker installation.
    • Recommend measures, such as procedural changes, service manuals revisions, and equipment purchases, to improve work performance and minimize operating costs.
    • Confer with personnel, such as management, engineering, quality control, customers, and workers' representatives to coordinate work activities and resolve problems.
    • Examine object, system, or facilities, workshop, bedding, cut & sew, PIV and analyze information, to determine installation, service, or repair needed.
    • Request materials and supplies, such as tools, equipment, and replacement parts for work activities.
